When time's up, you can take a short break. Having a goal, a set amount of time on which to work on something, will help you keep your focus.
If you could banish those distractions from your thoughts and attention while you're working on any project, how much better would your business be?
I call that “Fake Work.”

At the most basic business level, losing focus means you simply don't get things you need to get done in a timely manner. You end up spending long hours working (or at least thinking you're working) when in reality you're really accomplishing nothing.
Focus is at the heart of your ability to develop a sound strategy. Put another way, you don't have a strategy until you determine what you're NOT going to focus on. What prospects you're not going to go after, what products you're not going to offer...
They got a new level of clarity about their goals and objectives. They accomplished more, faster. And seemingly with less effort. Instead of being tired and worn out at the end of a long day,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they were actually energized and ready for more.
Because the reality is distractions can make you feel like you're accomplishing things. But you’re not. Instead, they sap your energy and your concentration while you get nothing meaningful done.
